6:00 – 7:00 pm: Check-in, reception, and silent art auction
7:00 – 8:15 pm: Remembering 1619 presentation
8:15 – 9:00 pm: Post-performance cookies and coffee service
Our 6 – 7 pm reception hour is designed to be a meal replacement with hearty appetizers served as passed hors de oeuvres and on stationary tables. We will not be offering a sit down dinner to guests. Dessert will also be served at stationary tables and a host bar will be available on the first and second floor lobbies.
If you purchased your ticket via SFJAZZ.org: Please follow the instructions sent to you with your online order confirmation.
If you are a sponsor, sponsor guest, or secured your seat directly from EJS: You will be able to pick up your tickets beginning at 5:45 pm from our Sponsors/Registration table in the SFJAZZ lobby. Tickets will be under the Sponsor’s name and a row and seat number will be marked on each ticket to help you locate your reserved seat.
Dress Code: While EJS does not have a dress code – we welcome guests to come as they are – suggested attire is business dress.
Directions: SFJAZZ Center is located at 201 Franklin St. (at the corner of Franklin and Fell streets) in San Francisco’s Hayes Valley neighborhood. It is easily accessible from Muni Metro (Van Ness or Civic Center stations) and BART (Civic Center station).
